Voices From the Grave
Voices from the Grave is an independent investigative YouTube documentary series that explores some of history's most compelling unsolved crimes, mysterious deaths, and enduring legends through a unique blend of modern forensic science, historical research, psychic mediumship, and paranormal investigation. The series combines meticulous archival research, primary source documents, on-location filming, expert forensic analysis, and intuitive perspectives to examine each case from multiple angles. Rather than presenting any single method as definitive, Voices from the Grave invites viewers to consider how physical evidence, historical records, eyewitness accounts, and unexplained phenomena may each contribute to a deeper understanding of the past. From the streets of early 20th Century Los Angeles' forgotten historical crime scenes, the series follows the evidence wherever it leads, challenges long-held assumptions, and encourages thoughtful exploration of both the known and the unknown in the search for truth.
The Mysterious Death of Lachlan Jones
Karen served as the forensic consultant on the independent investigation into the death of New Zealand toddler Lachlan Jones, contributing her expertise in homicide investigation, crime scene reconstruction, and forensic analysis on a pro bono basis for more than two years. Working alongside Lachlan's family and legal team, she conducted an extensive review of investigative files, witness statements, scene documentation, and forensic evidence, reconstructing the circumstances surrounding Lachlan's death and identifying significant unanswered investigative questions. Karen later provided expert testimony during the Coronial Inquest, presenting her independent forensic opinions and advocating for a comprehensive, evidence-based review of the case. The investigation is also the subject of an upcoming Voices from the Grave documentary series, scheduled for release on YouTube in September 2026, documenting the team's extensive investigation, forensic findings, interviews with key participants, and ongoing pursuit of answers for Lachlan and his family. Through both the documentary and her investigative work, Karen remains committed to one guiding principle: following the evidence with integrity, objectivity, and compassion in the pursuit of truth and justice.
