Story Consulting
Keeping Storytelling Believable.
Whether you're writing a feature film, television series, novel, podcast, or documentary, audiences know when an investigation doesn't feel authentic. Drawing on more than two decades of homicide investigations and forensic experience, Karen Smith helps writers create believable detectives, realistic investigations, compelling forensic evidence, and stronger stories—without sacrificing drama.
